🔹 How long will my order take to ship?

Most items ship within 3–5 business days, but custom projects may take a little longer depending on the request. If you’re in a rush, feel free to ask!

🔹 Can I get a name or logo engraved on something?

Yes! Many of my laser-engraved products are customizable. If you don’t see a customization option on the product page, just reach out — I’m happy to work with you.

🔹 How can I order a personalized 3D printed item online?

Personalized items can be ordered through the Valley Woods Design website by submitting a custom request.

🔹 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because everything is made-to-order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said — if something isn’t right, reach out and I’ll make it right.

I work with a mix of wood, PLA and PETG filament, slate, cork, and other laserable materials. If you want details on a specific item, just ask!
