Preserving a Piece of Danville’s History Through a Custom 3D Printed Replica

Downtown Danville, Inc. reached out to see if I could create a replica of Breese Tower, a longtime Danville landmark that was recently demolished. They wanted to give people a way to remember a building that had been part of the community for over 100 years.
I designed and created the tower model, working to capture the building's recognizable features, including the windows, exterior details, and overall shape. E & B Gifts and Awards in Danville created the display bases and engraved plaques for the finished pieces.
The first batch sold out quickly, which was great to see. I'm glad I could help preserve a small piece of Danville's history.
